1. Warranty Coverage
This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
Covered items include:
Leather wallets
Belts
Bags (handbags, backpacks, etc.)
Card holders
Other small leather goods sold by Cord Crafts.
2. What Is Covered
During the warranty period, we will repair or replace, at our discretion, any leather accessory that proves to be defective in material or craftsmanship. Examples of covered defects include:
Stitching coming apart
Hardware failure (e.g., buckles, zippers)
Structural damage not caused by misuse
3. What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
Natural wear and tear from regular use
Damage due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper care
Water damage or exposure to extreme temperatures
Changes in leather texture, color fading, or patina development (as these are natural characteristics of genuine leather)
4. Claim Process
To make a warranty claim:
Contact our customer service at info@cordscarft.com with your order number and photos of the issue.
Our team will review your claim within 5–7 business days.
If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product for repair or replacement.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us; we will cover the cost of return shipping after repair or replacement.
5. Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to initiate a warranty claim.
6. Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Any repaired or replaced product will continue to be covered under the original warranty period.
